Production process

  • Material preparation/ Ready mix
  • Pressing (20 - 180 ton / density 5,4 - 7,4 g/cm3)
  • Sintering/ Sinterhardening (up to 1350°C / atmosphere: Hydrogen / Hydrogen-Nitrogen / Endogas)
  • Secondary operation in house (Sizing / Deburring / Turning / Milling / Steam Treatment / Assembly / Oiling / Vacuum Impregnation / Annealing )
  • Secondary operation external  (Casehardening / Nitriding/ Coating)
